    Insecurity has a "voice" and speaks to you in the form of doubts, fears, and negatives. The good news is that you weren't born insecure, it's an acquired habit--you learned to be insecure. To a greater or lesser extent, everyone has insecurity. Why? because no one grows up in a perfect world, has perfect parents, escapes loss, defeat, illness, or setbacks. We all have insecurity. And since insecurity is a habit, recognize that all habits are learned and all habits can be broken. Your job is to recognize whether or not you're feeding your habit of insecurity or not. How does one feed insecurity? By indulging doubts, fears, and negatives. STOP indulging, START risking self-trust!
