    Although one negative thought isn’t going to make a difference, ruminative, negative thinking does have a cumulative, mind-body effect, which eventually contributes to what we typically refer to as a down or depressed “mood.”

     

    You need to know that there’s an emotional and physical price to pay for needless (reflexive) shabby thinking. Starting today, take responsibility--one thought at a time—STOP indulging your tendency towards negativity and start recognizing how much better you feel.
