In order to break a cigarette habit, smokers don't need to know why they took that first cigarette. If your life is a struggle, you don't need to know where, when or why your problems began. What you do need is to focus all your attention on what you're going to do today to break the habits of doubt, fear, and negativity—habits that are crippling your life.
