It is unlikely that you will win every food battle. Therefore, you must begin to think like a winner, even in transitory defeat. A winner uses setbacks as springboards from which to learn, improve, and prepare for the next skirmish. Every experience, positive or negative, is an opportunity to develop your self-discipline muscle while insisting on remaining optimistic.
