Although reaching out and trying to offer Self-Coaching advice is one of the aims I strive to accomplish through my books and website, I feel that ongoing advice/therapy is beyond the scope of what is professionally responsible. I do hope you've been able to profit from our exchanges and from my Self-Coaching method. I want to wish you well with your pursuit for solace and wellbeing.

Yours,
Dr. Joe

Doc
Is self coaching a way to be rid of anxiety?

Epiphany..... Im fine when I have an actual problem to be concerned about eg...teenage daughter problems or possible redundancy. My worries however are about my anxiety and depression. Weird!

As I mentioned in a previous post, "Although reaching out and trying to offer Self-Coaching advice is one of the aims I strive to accomplish through my books and website, I feel that ongoing advice/therapy is beyond the scope of what is professionally responsible." I do hope you try to understand my professional position on this.
