For now, recognize that Self-Coaching isn't concerned with "why" you've wound up with this depression, but what you can do to dismantle it. And you can. Please re-read the response I sent you the other day. Don't allow insecurity to dictate your thoughts...my technique of Self-Talk teaches you to separate facts from fictions (negatives, doubts, fears, insecurities), to stop listening to insecurities Reflexive Thinking, and to completely let-go of these thoughts by learning to stop feeding the habits that support them. You can do this.
