Default I

Today in church as the anticipated(i know):-/ fears and sensations engulfed me i looked up at the cross....wondering why my God hadnt healed me and saw something new. Our cross is an empty and its probably why i saw the 'I' in the cross. I as is christ within, holy spirit within. Look within.
I have many insights but struggle to remember them. I just wanted to share this:-)

Doctor joe....is celebrating every victory important because it changes your outlook.eg rather than thinking i went to work but felt awful one should think...i got up, i showered, i managed to eat etc etc thus creating the feeling of achievement?

There's an old Zen saying, "When the pupil is ready, the teacher appears." It's not a matter of "when" it's a matter of being ready for change. Practice, patience, hope, and determination are the ingredients of becoming "ready."
