Would you say the majority of peeps who use self coaching and cbt find their anxiety greatly reduced?

Dr joe, i have had tonsillitis and then a tummy bug..im still experiencing swollen glands and trouble eating....i dont know if i should ho back to the doc or not. How much is anxiety and how mych is physical? I have to dtive to scotland next week. Maybe a fone call to doc?

Default todays celebrations

Today i:-
Got up,showered,dressed,ate breakfast,went to chirch and supported my charge even when the plans changed, i ate lunch,fid some craft,went out to see a friend. I did it:-)

Doc im off to scotland (500miles)to see my fella again but am already having niggles about coping when i leave him,again......live in the now? Theres no prep i should do?
