Default About probability predictions

Dear Dr. Joe,

Probability predictions (Self-coaching: The Five Essential Steps To Creating The Life You Want, P180, L28. PS: Am I allowed to type whole sentence from the book in my questions in the future?)
When people make decisions or do something, they also have probability predictions, how to separate the facts (observable phenomena) from fictions (insecurity)?

Thank you!

I use the term "fact" to refer to verifiable phenomena, whereas fictions refer to speculative phenomena, i.e., future events that may or may not take place. Yes, you can provide direct quotes from the book.
