Are you a “should” person?

If you’re a “should” person, be careful, you might be setting yourself up for failure. When you say “I should…,” you’re doing two things: you’re negating the present moment (i.e., I should be doing something else) and you’re putting yourself down (i.e., what and who you are right now is not okay).  Instead, decide what you WANT to accomplish and either do it or don’t do it. At least you won’t be playing games with yourself.
