Becoming more confident

Some may recognize their own insecurity while others may deftly camouflage it with rationalizations, excuses, or deflections. The common thread that runs through all expressions of insecurity is a hesitation to trust self and life. Without trust, you find yourself feeling too vulnerable. You don’t have the confidence necessary to simply let life unfold.
