Define yourself

Think about what defines you.  It was Aristotle who said we are what we repeatedly do.  And things that you repeatedly do, quickly become your day-to-day habits.  To replace ineffective or destructive habits with positive, constructive habits is a three-step process: awareness, intention, and action.  When it comes to breaking negative habits, remember all habits are learned—and ALL habits can be broken.  It’s up to you who you want to be.~
