Ever feel like you’re in a hole?

The best advice when you find yourself in a hole is to stop digging. When facing any life challenge, allowing worrisome doubts, fears, or negatives to spin endlessly is a surefire way of digging your way into an anxiety attack or a even a depression. Maybe you can’t figure out how to get out of your hole, but you sure as hell don’t have to make matters worse.
