How to become a more effective people person

I would say that most people like to be liked. And if you’re like most people, whether it’s socially, professionally, or in your intimate relationships, it’s never a bad idea to brush up on your people skills. Research shows that people are biologically predisposed to be attracted to confident people and—no surprise—confident people tend to be socially more adept.
