When it comes to getting things done, less may be more

How many “have-to” chores will you get done today? Five? Ten? Twenty? Of those chores, how many are discretionary? And how many of those “have-tos” fall into the category of mindless compulsivity?

There’s no question that we all have have-tos in our lives, but simply put, happiness is figuring out how to have more “want-tos” and less “have-tos” in your day-to-day life.
